Campaign Story
Jacques is in desperate need of funding for a urgent DBS brain surgery for a disorder Dystonia. He's been having this terrible disease the last 4 years and the only hope is deep brain stimulation to have a chance of a normal life again. We have all the doctors references available, but unfortunately funds are needed as he doesn't have medical insurance and unemployed.
