Campaign Story
I'm a drummer from a disadvantage and struggling community named Elsies River. I recently won the High School Jam competition with my school Elsies River High where i'm currently a grade 11 learner. I was also awarded the coveted prize of best drummer at the same competition. I have a huge passion for music and playing drums and wish to study further and pursue a career in this field. I also would like to start teaching youngsters in my community how to play drums as this could be a way of keeping them off the streets and away from gangs. At the moment I find it hard to do this as I don't have any equipment nor a drum kit of my own. I would really appreciate if you could donate any amount to help as I believe even the smallest contribution can make a difference.
