Izizwe Projects – Support our Literacy Program!

Our literacy program is one of Izizwe's biggest programs and aims to prepare the children at the different creches for the upcoming primary school. The lessons that we give are orientated on the caps curriculum, which is also used at the local Primary Schools. In order to teach the kids properly, we need material that can be re-used at the creches, which is why we mostly use laminated pictures and papers. This method is not only good for the environment but also helps us to save money, as we can use our material for a longer time. That is the reason why the Izizwe Team decided to ask for donations for a lamination machine and laminating pouches. Your support helps us to improve our literacy lessons and furthermore to prepare the kids for school.
