Ivar is Small husky puppy

at first im from Jordan and i rescue man animals alone, i was on Facebook when a guy say someone take this puppy coz i dont want him and he say puppy fall down and broke his back when i take Ivar and vet check him we discovered that this puppy was bait from another dog and the first owner was rottweiler breeder

Ivar with me now and i start his treat before one mouth he still small to make any surgery
but treatment really is so expensive and now he have penis infection and i will put him with doctor for long time that will cost more and more
