It’s time to start living the life we’re imagined

Hey,

We, that means Kaja (as a wife), Mariusz (as a husband), Falkor & Mortadella (as a dogs) are Markowscy Family.

We found each other after many years of difficulties in our lives. Before we met, we passed separately through poverty, home abuse, divorces, rejection and we lost part of our closest family members. Finally in the summer of 2011 We met at the Woodstock Festival in Poland. That's change everything, We just fall in love and this feelling save our lives - literally. After few months we started to live together and it were so good that we married in the summer of 2015.

Meanwhile (in 2014) we spend a half of the year living in Spain, and it turns out that this is the place on earth were we want to live our life, or at least big part of it. Unfortunately, because of another family issues, we have to go back to Poland. It wasn't best for us but every cloud has a silver lining. We took a homeless cat and an two adorable dogs, got married and solve a few family problems.

So we are now in 2017, realize that this is the moment we need to change everything! No more cold winters in our life. Sun is very important for us and our mood depends very much on the weather. Our friends goals are completely different than ours. We are grown enough to say that we don't need career of any kind. We start to see our time like something very precious and we don't want to lose any more minute! We don't have big family, and most of them are away from us, lives in different countries or dead. Nothing keep us here so... when if not now?

We are really happy together, both of us love nature, countryside, peace and silence. Falkor and Mortadella are most wonderful dogs on the earth ( we know - each owner's talking). We love our cat too, but we know that she don't want come with us :D. This is just not a place for us but we know what to do to have a better future and that is a big step for us:)

Poland is too sad for us, city is too loud and most people around us don't understand our way of thinking. We need more space to clear our minds and find people who share our ideas.

So we have a plan for our new free life. Travel to find our place and live the life we always imagined. We are happy and optimistic couple, we work hard for our dream but we must face reality - it's not enough and time goes very fast.

We want to pack our stuff and hit the road, to sunny Spain and further, to people who needs our help. We found out that there is a bunch of humans who live in peaceful places, totally off grid, rebuilding their farms, cultivating their lands, raising animals, needs hands to work. We want to travel from place to place, work and live like we always want, on the side of the big world. Now we have courage to do that.

We want to learn how to live in different way, closer to nature to gain experience and knowledge about ourselves and environment around us. Also We'll volunteers helping others fulfill their dreams.

But We have a problem, a big one. We need a car, one of those roomy cars to travel the world and be as independent as we can. So we need YOUR SUPPORT. Actually we are doing everything to straighten and finish our business and prepare to our Trip to Freedom.

Both of us are over 30 now and with ours salaries we can fulfill our dream like probably never, so without support from the outside we will stuck in this place forever.

So, we need 5,000 Euro (about 20,000 PLN) for a car. We can take care of other expenses like money for travelling, equipment and other things but without car we are grounded.

Our dream is to have a motorhome, but we know that this is too expensive thing, plus there is no time to collect so much money. Our target is Volkswagen T4 and we really want to go this year so the time is short.

We started Our Fundraise in February and now We have our Car !

We didn't raise 5.000 Euro with Go Get Funding, but because of THIS CAMPAIGN

So We Bought it !

This is Volkswagen T4 Syncro (4x4) from 1996, 2.5 petrol/gas engine in the longest and tallest version, half converted from an ambulance to the cruising car. I wrote "half converted" because We have a lot of work to do with the interior to adapt it to Our requirements, and many other repairs.

So this is the next Goal :

We are raising the money for adapting and fixing our Car :)
