Islamic Fantasy/Science Fiction Genre

ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN First off, I want to thank you for your concern. By supporting this project, You are helping me realize my dream of becoming a published author You are contributing to literary fiction, in particular, Islamic fantasy/science fiction genre—a rising genre   The book(s) in question are as follows: ‘Sansapito’—a screenplay which I want turned to a graphic novel. The screenplay is registered with the Writers Guild of America (WGA East). The sub-genre is supernatural thriller. The story tells of how a US presidential election gets influenced by a supernatural ghost and terrorists ‘Lords of the Sea’—a fantasy/science fiction novel. Thing ‘Lord of the Rings’. Or ‘Harry Potter’.   HOW YOU CAN HELP At present, I want to venture into the publishing world via self-publishing. I need $5000 for the project to take off. All costs will be geared toward editing (illustration in case of the graphic novel) and publishing.     WHY YOU SHOULD HELP My name is Bello Wee. I live in Africa (Nigeria) where money is not easy to come by. My poor income level adds to the predicament. ‘Sansapito’ and ‘Lords of the Sea’ were completed in 2007 and 2010 respectively. Ever since, the two manuscripts have been accumulating dust.   Plus, the Islamic fantasy/science fiction genre is an upcoming genre that has great potential for success. Unfortunately, the number of writers and publishers exploring this genre is limited. This is due to the fact that extensive knowledge is required in areas pertaining to the soul and mind, the underworld and demons and spirits, aka jinnis. Bringing a book to life is a way of saving civilizations for generations.   Any help you render to this project is very much appreciated. No amount is little. Thank you very much in advance.
