Isabel’s Light

Isabel developed a Portal and Superior Mesenteric Vein Thrombosis that has affected the blood flow to her stomach which formed abscesses. She was admitted on September 20, underwent series of tests, two surgeries, was contained at the ICU for days and has been in the hospital since - Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Santa Mesa Manila, Philippines. Because of the intensity and severity of pain, she experienced Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or psychosis which impaired her mental health.

Isabel was born with eye degeneration condition. With her present critical health state and being blind, she’s essentially living in darkness and will need a miracle to help her see life’s light again. We ask for your generous hearts to help Isabel cover her mounting medical bills which have reached almost a million (PHP) in less than 2 months. Isabel is a mother to a miracle baby who advocates for social entrepreneurship and whose work have jumpstarted social impact training programs to rural areas in Luzon and Mindanao. It is our family’s wish and prayer for Isabel to heal so she can continue to join her family's community missions and serve individuals who are similarly visually impaired.
