Irish Democratic Party

The Irish Democratic Party has recently been established in Ireland as a new political party to help the  people of Ireland get back on ther feet and remove the crushing austerity that has been imposed on us for decades. Ireland is a beautiful country, but there is an epidemic of emigration, home repossessions and suicide sweeping the nation, and this has to be stopped.   The Irish Democratic. Party has now been recognised by the government as an official political party, and our aim is to give the people back their voice, through the power of Participatory government, rather than the current Representitive system that is in place. Participatory government ensures that the people have a say in the decisions that are made that affect their lives instead of having to be forced to endure the wishes of the elite.   We are in need of change, and now that the IDP are established, the ordinary people have a chance to make that happen. We, as a party are growing swiftly in numbers of members, just ordinary people, with no politicians involved, who are standing up against the austerity that is crippling ordinary decent folk. We have slowly began to make progress to gain exposure in the media, but with state ran television, and huge corporations printing the newspapers, the only way we can get the message out at the moment, due to lack of funds is through hard work and organising meetings across the country. We are appealing for funds to cover printing costs, for leaflets, posters etc, so we can go nationwide with the party. We are just ordinary people, gaining no wage from this, that are now fully ratified and recognised as an alternative to the desperation that the current government is causing us all to endure.
