INVESTMENT PROPOSAL

My name is Ms. Ticia Adjapomaah Boakye from Ghana and 25 years. I am looking for investors to fund my startup project either in cash or materials.

I want to build a small community on a 6 plots of land. This community is going to have the following:

COMPLEX A: This section will have a super market, restaurant, Mini Cenima, Gym, Clinic, Police Depot, Fashion Shops, Beauty Shops, Massage Centre & Bank ATM stands.

COMPLEX B: This section will have a 4* Hotel where it will attract both local & foreigners.

COMPLEX C: This section is going to be a residential area for both short stay & long stay. We are going to have studio apartments, 1 bedroom & 2 bedrooms apartment respectively.

COMPLEX D: This section is going to be a high school institution(SHS). Where we will provide quality education yet affordable fees for everyone to be able to enroll their wards.

All this will be in one walled community with a tight security and a serene environment.

My aim for this project is to help people live in a good environment that is also very affordable and to reduce unemployment rate in my country. With this project it will give job opportunities to many people. Again, many homes in Ghana are not well equipped yet very expensive and they required a long term deposit from individuals. A lot of people put in their savings in rents here in ghana because a landlord might be requesting a minimum of 2 years payment before they rent out their property. Putting all these in consideration i decided to have homes where people can make minimum of 3 months payment to rent a place and this will help those that are on monthly salary and even any other person who is self employed. My intention is to help people leave COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE AND IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT where they can practically get access to all basic needs.

I hope i find investors that shares same mind as mine to help make this dream a reality. Everyone can invest in this project, either in building materials or in money. Thanks to everyone who finds my vision as to reduce unemployment rate in my country and also helping the people at large to have a comfortable living.
