Henlee Investments & Development SL is an investment company with her base on Mallorca in Spain. We are from Dutch origin and as a family business we always have a social focus, next to making money.

We found out that the social housing sector in our country of origin is better arranged than in Spain. The government is focused more on the regulations than on solving the problems. We see the same thing now in the corona crisis, they rather keep everybody at home and let them go to bankrupt than solve the problems they create themselves.

The renting laws in Spain are so tight that no commercial party is willing to get in to this market. We want to open this market. But we cannot do this without your support.

That is why we want to help the unfortunate, by buying affordable real estate, turning them in nice properties in which everybody can live with pride and rent them out with a low return (enough to cover the costs, maintenance and reservations).

Who are we?
We are Henlee Investments & Development SL, we are an investment company in Spain.

We work with the whole family to make the world a little bit better. Thanks to our own real estate brokerage we are always the first to know what is on the market. Our network expands all over Europe.

The funded money will be used for investing in the affordable apartments for the social disadvantaged.

If you want to invest in our company and enjoy the fruits of our labour and your money, contact us through our website (Henlee.eu) and we will contact you.
