Investment needed to start a new hotel, Investors will be paid a dividend of 8%

We are a hotel management company in India we generally manage online presence of small budgeted hotels in a place called Dandeli. With a vision to grow the business we now intend to set up our own hotel near Dandeli city. This hotel will be built in over 1 acre of land surrounded by forest and paddy fields. The land is already in the name of the company.

With excellent knowledge about national and international hotel industry we are confident this hotel is sure to make profit. We are not asking for donations here rafter we are looking for some one who can invest in the construction on the project. We are willing to pay an interest of 8% on what ever the amount is been invested by any individual however the interest will be paid only when the hotel operation starts. The principal amount paid will also be returned in a span on upto 10 years depending on the amount invested by each individual.
