Hi, fellow investors!

I'm Alfred Cardenas, a licensed financial advisor and a certified investment solicitor based in the Philippines. I'm also a serial entrepreneur and a long-term investor of stocks and mutual funds. My years of experience in business and investing gave me the knowledge needed for this campaign.

My dream is to form a holding company (a company that buys and sells stocks of business partially or as a whole).

I'm here to ask you if you are interested in joining me in this venture. Our goal is to buy businesses, partially or in full, that has strong potential of success in the future. As the fund grows, we may also diversify our holdings by investing directly in rental properties and even starting our own businesses that will generate cash for the holding company.

In return, you will be a shareholder of my holding company and we will put everything in legal documentations. Your shareholdings will be determined by how much capital you would like to invest.

Our target capital to get started is Php 500,000.00 until this year ends. If the target isn't reached, we will continue using the funds that we accumulated. If we reached it before the target date, we will proceed right away as long as the conditions of the market is good or wait until we can enter while the market is on sale.
