Making a Dream Come True

Just to let you know, I'm not a professional in writing text for fundraising. Meanwhile, I want you to know my plans and how do I intend to succeed in this journey with your help.

I have been working in investments since 2012 helping people to manage their wealth, invest their capital and multiply it, as well as helping people in need who wants to pay off their debt. My success rate is nearly 100%; the reason it is not a perfect hundred percent is because of COVID-19 lastly. The company I was working for made the decision to cut off some employees and sadly I was one of them. I had my salary, plus a little commission once we were close or reached the final goal. After that, I had nothing.

Even by making a decent amount of money (comparing to the average person in Greece), the good thing is that I didn't have many expenses, or a car or anything. Fortunately, I had some money aside which kept me alive. I thought of doing something on my own as an independent, but couldn't compete with neither the company I was working for, nor the others. Clients wanted to have a reassurance of a company behind their capital and, since I don't have a company, the approach wasn't successful.

So, I started a job in a call center. At least I have money to survive now, pay my bills and groceries. I'm super lucky to have my girlfriend on my side and sometimes their parents help me out with as much as they can.

Though... something came to mind these days: I was talking to a friend of mine who told me that I should give it a try and open a fundraising campaign. My first question was: "how will people believe my story is true, or even believe in me?". She said: "Well, Dimi, you should at least give it a go! You never know what is out there waiting for you!". Even my mother who I haven't seen for the last 16 years said the same thing (but in different words). My girlfriend was a little skeptical; not because she was holding me back but because she functions that way. I had to explain everything to her so she could process everything and, finally, I got her support as well. Plus her family's!

And I though... maybe that is the way to go.

I want to start my own investing company. Yes, I'm THAT ambitious. I have the knowledge of the business and the market itself, a particular set of skills, plus thirst and crave to start digging into action.

That is where I need your help. Of course, with a return because it wouldn't be fair not to. Well, even you really want to participate in this journey of mine without getting nothing in return, I thank you a lot! I will even offer almost half of my start-up business for those who are really willing to join to this journey with me. After raising the necessary funds, along with some capital that I have, I will be able to fully commit to it and stop working in the call center. The funds will be used to make the first papers of the company (done in 2 weeks, or less), to hire 1 or 2 employees to get things done faster, for ads, telephone expenses and for renting a small office (40-50 square meters) in the center city of Athens. After 1 year, we can discuss a buy back scenario. Alternatively, you can either continue being a shareholder or withdrawal up to 50% of the invested capital giving away a percentage of your shares (upon agreement), as long as the kept shares doesn't go below 1%. Within 18 months time, you can either withdrawal all your capital or a buy back scenario can be discussed again.

As per the shareholding, everything will be explained as we get started along with a lawyer and make our contractor. If you choose to, you are not obliged to own any shares.
