Process, Strategy & Investment

Phase 1

In the first phase of the strategy, we plan to enlist a maximum 300 investors who will invest a minimum of $50 per month for a period of 6 months. We will also accommodate investors who will want to invest more than the threshold amount for higher pay-outs. For higher pay-outs one can invest $100 or $150 per month. As $15,000/m for 6 months is all we need, an investor who invests $150 will reduce the number of the total investors required by 3 spots and an investor who invests $100 for 6 months will further reduce the total number of required investors by 2 spots. For instance, if we get 20 investors who invest $150 and 50 investors who invest $100 then space for only 80 investors who can invest $50 for 6 months will be left, bringing the total number of investors to 150. So you can invest any of the 3 amounts stated but the amount you decide to invest will be up to you. Whatever amount you decide to invest you will need to make sure you invest the same amount for 6 months. You cannot invest $50 in one month then invest $150 in the next month. Phase 2

Phase 3

Dividends & Pay-outs

Dividends will be paid out four (4) times a year in 4 equal quarters and the first dividend will be paid at the end of the first quarter after the 6^th month of continuous investment. So if you begin investing in October, you will curry on to invest until April.
