Invest For Justice ... at up to 30% return. (Update added below.)

People invested their life's savings in a real estate project* in Chile. The seller of the land kept the deposit and sold to someone else. This campaign will fund the legal fees to force the seller to RETURN THE MONEY. If a successful award includes penalties, etc. against the seller, those who funded the legal fees will receive 130% of their money back.

The process of obtaining justice through the legal system is not easy - or cheap. Luckily, in Chile, there is a binding arbitration system which could succeed in retrieving our money AND, possibly penalize the seller.

This case has reached the point where the Arbitrator has set their fee. The potential award for the "full case" (including penalties, interest, etc.) is over $2.8 million US. However, it will cost $95,000 US just to pay the Arbitrator! This fee is due within a week!!

If you decide to help fund this campaign, please keep a record of your donation. Any proceeds from a successful arbitration award can be refunded to you or donated to a charity on your behalf.
