I've decided to skip the redtape and assist these youth with their unemployment and/or education challenges, immediately.

HOW WILL, WE ASSIST THESE MUCH DERSERVING YOUTH THAT ARE BEGGING FOR MENTORING,GUIDANCE AND COACHING? #actions

THIS INTERN PROGRAM WILL!!!

Being in the financial sector and we noted that this sector is defined as critical and scarce and requires newly trained employees. #solutions

We receive so many c.v's from potential candidates with huge POTENTIAL but we not in any financial position to assist them with a dignified internship to cover their basic requirements eg. travelling to work, basic living expenses and required studies. #empower

This will assist them to gain the much needed job, experience an opportunity to provide for their families that are depending on them to "make it out there." #generationalpovertymustfall

This will also combat crime because most of these candidates are "forced" to provide for their siblings and/or parents etc but have no skills or education other than matric due to poverty and not based on their future potential. #teachthem

This program will consist out of continuous mentoring, coaching and core fundemental required to sculp them into successful professionals. #raisetheirprofile
