Internship in Vatican

Hello Everyone!

My name is Aušra, I am 24 years old. This June I have graduated from Vilnius University (Lithuania) with a Master’s degree in Religious Studies. This year I held the role of Representative of students Master degree studies of religion and worked as a teacher at Ežerėlis secondary school where I taught Catholic religious education and English (for primary classes). I am an active community member as I volunteer and take part in lectures not only at the university but also at the Catholic Academy of Science in Vilnius as well as at the Kaunas Archdiocese Youth Center and other activities. Furthermore, I have been living at Franciscan sisters for three years now.

I have been invited to come for a five-week internship at Lithuanian Radio Vaticana programme and Vatican News editorial office starting from the 9^th of September. I believe that is going to be an excellent opportunity to develop character, social skills, to grow in teamwork, decision-making, communication, creativity, foreign language skills and knowledge of theology. Moreover, that's the chance to develop my interest in Catholicism and communication, which I am sure will be beneficial when choosing a path for my further studies.
