International Summer School

My name is Traci and I was born and raised in Kenya. I currently have a BA in Motion Picture Production and some experience in the industry. In the Summer of 2014 I would like to attend a course at the University of Oslo so that I can further my studies. Every summer approximately 600 higher education students from all over the world flock to the beautiful city of Oslo to partake in the university's International Summer School (ISS). The course I will be attending spans over 6 weeks and covers Nordic Media. 

Those of you that know a little (or a lot more) about Scandanavian schools will know that tuition is usually quite low depending on the institution you go to. So you might be asking "what is all this money going to be spent on?" Well, there's visa fees, plane tickets, accommodation costs as well as other living expenses such as food & transport. 

My goal is to raise at least half of everything I need to attend this course through fundraising. As for the other half...I plan on cutting down on my spending so that I can start saving.
