1. I am a person after a series of attacks/assassinations. I am an innocent person.

Assassinations/attacks include regarding depriving / taking away of many of the fundamental rights contained in the Polish Constitution, as well as the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.

2. For about 4 years I have not had the right to effectively report any crime / offense as an injured party and directly to me.

3. I am a person unjustly attacked in any place I find myself.

4. I am an attacked / disrespectful person on almost every side in recent years, wherever I am. With greater intensity, for about 5 years.

5. Since January 2017, my father Dariusz has been attacking me and taking many legal actions against me that aim to unjustly place me in a closed psychiatric facility for an indefinite period. Around January 2017, my father told me that he was being treated psychiatrically, that he was mentally ill.

6. From 2018, it happens that from time to time, I accidentally discover that some of my documents are being replaced. It's a paper and electronic form .pdf on my disk. Often or always, two documents were exchanged simultaneously. When I opened the electronic file, with my paper document that was replaced, it turned out that the electronic form was also replaced. This means that I no longer have the original document, but only the replaced one.

7. In 2019, employees (security, delivery office / reading room) of the District Court in Kalisz carried out provocations against me several times.

I have also experienced similar events from employees of the District Prosecutor's Office in Kalisz since 2018.

From around 2019, several times, I accidentally discovered that some pages from the District Prosecutor's case file had been replaced. These were the cases in which I was an injured person.

8. In the coming months, a judgment may be issued in the next pending case, of which 1 letter is a photograph of this site.

A decision will then be made whether I am to be placed in a psychiatric institution, tortured and subjected to, among others substances without my permission. I am an innocent person.

From the information I obtained, among others from free legal advice points in Kalisz, it appears that in such matters only a psychiatrist decides, i.e. or sometimes, in exceptional cases, several people. He decides only on the basis of one short conversation and his own visions / thoughts / beliefs / intuitions.

At legal advice points, I was also told that the District Court in Kalisz should first send me the application opening the case. The court did not do this.

9. I have never or very rarely had the conditions for normal functioning.

10. I've tried to help everyone most / my whole life.

11. It was only around July 2018 that I made the first notification about the threat to the health / life of my father's son / child Dariusz. Around October 2019, I submitted a reasoned request to deprive him of parental rights over this son.

12. The number of my lawsuits, since 2018, in which I was a victim and were closed / rejected by the District Court in Kalisz illegally: at least 8.

13. For many early, important, decisive years I lived in close contact / relationship with my family, people who, in retrospect, were harmful to me and their behavior / behavior indicated that it was normal for them.

14. I have hardly had any rights for many years. I don't know if I have ever had any.

15. I don't know if anyone in my family has ever taken account of me or treated me with special respect.

Probability my whole life a. the vast majority of my life is / was / could have been worse than the life of slaves, working / detained in concentration camps a. people in the least developed / poorest countries of the world.

16. Some events/circumstances may indicate that the Gruszczyńskis may be a psychopathic, pervert family who did not accept that my mother did not give in to her attempt to terminate the pregnancy with me. Most likely, in their actions unfavorable to me, they supported each other in solidarity with the Topko family.

17. My brother is abusing me from the very first years of my life.

18. For more than 6 years I'm under, maybe slightly higher than before, influence/ascendency of not necessarily balanced people. Also in the recent years I'm after series of strong provocations... Among others from even neighbors, brother/part of family...

19. Grandma Teresa and grandpa Jerzy Gruszczynski gave signs that they support the destruction of my mother by, as their friend Tomasz P. said, from around 2012.


Gruszczyński and Topko, among others, are people who can insist that black is white and, worst of all, they are also able to find and convince others that this is so. Moreover, they can mention that they work in the police.


- For a long time at least 2016 year, perhaps with greater intensity, people have been putting obstacles in my way.

- Regular/incessant provocations, etc. They have been taking place with perhaps greater intensity since about 2016 and are continuous. Unfortunately, it is possible that the police and local authorities were influenced by the father's family to get involved - even illegally using police tools and even making them available to third parties. In all this, all this manipulation, the new neighbors are also involved.

People attacking/harassing me operate on the principle of probability. dangerous religious sect.

- The circumstances in which I have always functioned, also in recent years, are aimed at putting me at conflict with everyone, with those who are impossible or more difficult, are to lead to incredible awkward situations, also ruining the future

- For at least a few years, perhaps with greater intensity, people accusing me of being mental illness or having other grudges against me have been as if someone was pushing me and they were complaining/accusing me that I moved or put my foot under it and I tripped.

- Since at least 2016 (or rather always), perhaps with greater intensity or visibility, I have been under the influence of the specifics/environment/circumstances of rape.

- Also in recent years I'm a victim of disgusting provocations and under influence of strong manipulation.

2017 and 2021 deteriorations:

More or less img shows deterioration of me/my situation/circumstances/rights from the 2016 and 2021. These times are maybe more eye-catching.

The total penalty ceiling for the acts committed by my father from approx. 2017 to 2018 is / amounted to approx. / Over 30 years. Including the act I committed in 2005, which I reported in 2018, it would be around / over 38 years. For a brother, it is / was approx / over 20 years for a similar period, including other similar events in earlier years, it would be more years, possibly around 30. These acts are crimes / offenses in which I am / I was the victim / victim.

One day, my father came to my apartment with a psychiatrist. Later, my father brought police and ambulance to my apartment, giving false information by phone.

In 2017, I was abducted / taken from my place of residence by an ambulance. I was supposed to go with an ambulance to probably explain the incident in my place of residence. Rescuers / emergency rescuer told me to go with them for 3 hours. Finally, I went with them. The car did not stop for a long time. It turned out that I was taken to a closed psychiatric institution.

On the spot, nobody wanted to talk to me or listen to my explanations anymore ((including the Court, which according to the law should hear me) and I stayed there for about 60 days. I was tortured there almost every day by almost all the staff of the Provincial Institute of Psychiatric Care sp. After what I have experienced, I can say that the staff and doctors of that psychiatric hospital are gangsters. When this time of stay was nearing the end, an employee, probably from MOPS, aggressively tried to force me to be insured and in this way cover the costs of "treatment", i.e. detention of my person in a psychiatric institution and other events described in this Statement. During this stay, a psychiatrist unknown to me, Mr. Michał Grzelak issued a false opinion, partly or mostly based on invented, false events. The psychiatric court opinion was not impartial / fair / open, based on facts. Rather, it was / is a prophecy / divination / thought of a psychiatrist.

Not more than a month later from the day I left the psychiatric institution, my grandmother died, who was also probably surprised by the fact that I was taken away and placed in a psychiatric institution.

I have never agreed to any psychiatric treatment. I have never consented to any deprivation of liberty in a closed facility. I do not intend to give such consent in the future either. *

PSYCHIATRY MATTERS:

"Art. 32.

1. Everyone is equal before the law. Everyone has the right to equal treatment by public authorities.

2. No one may be discriminated against in political, social or economic life for any reason. "

The above should mean that the psychiatrist should not have the right to randomly and freely decide on a serious violation of one's health, imprisonment and other relatively many and important rights.

Already now, a new attack is underway, a new proceeding in the case of unjustified, unfair placement of me in a closed psychiatric institution for an indefinite period. I am an innocent person.

It is very risky, many cases are known, e.g. from television, in which people who are completely innocent, spend many years in closed facilities and during these years, almost every day, poison is given to them, which often causes a significant health disorder. Some people after the so-called "psychiatric treatment" they are asking for up to PLN 1,000,000 in damages because they have suffered a serious health disorder as a result of the action of substances given during "treatment". Unfortunately, the courts often or always refuse this. About this, you can read in many Court judgments that are available on the Internet.

Currently, psychiatric examination and psychiatry are fiction. Psychiatric examination is often just a conversation of 1 person with a person acting as a psychiatrist. The method of conversation depends on a huge number of factors, especially in the case of a poor person who can live in worse than average conditions on a daily basis. Psychiatry is not much different from divination. Psychiatry is, in fact, an alternative, subordinate court in which there are no rules, and judges, or psychiatrists, are not controlled or restricted. This means that psychiatry is now the name of a tool for creating any, often indisputable, imaginary evidence against any person, even innocent.

Psychiatry allows free interference in the body / body of any chosen foreign person, even innocent and without his consent.

The psychiatrist (judge) can freely, freely, decide to administer the substances he chooses to the body / organism, any person, even innocent and without his consent. They are likely to be harmful substances. It is enough for a psychiatrist to have such a wish / delusion / opinion / thought.


About the period of stay in a psychiatric institution, decides in a completely arbitrary manner, only a psychiatrist. Publicly available information shows that in the case of innocent people, it can take from several days to several years. It can also be longer. This is objective information based on my own experience, professional legal advice obtained and many factual, objective, publicly available information, primarily on the Internet (including court judgments; articles).

In the future, psychiatry should be much more regulated or completely disconnected from the law, recognized as some alternative medicine or sect.

Legal assistance is provided to persons who do not have sufficient resources, in so far as it is necessary to ensure effective access to justice.

I have experienced many attempts to deprive / revoke also other rights, including in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, as well as the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.

• On 13.02.2020 the police unexpectedly came to my place of residence. My mother, who opened the police door, thought it was a neighbor knocking, because before entering my place of residence, one more door must be opened, which is always closed. The police surely entered my apartment peacefully.
  
  Shortly afterwards, I was informed of a forced lead to a psychiatrist. Nobody wanted to hear my explanation. The police were just supposed to lead me. The order was issued by the judge in charge of the present case. A moment later, in handcuffs, I was taken to a psychiatrist. From the moment policemen entered my apartment to reach a psychiatrist, policemen have repeatedly suggested that I could expect such a police visit and / or psychiatric examination. They also asked questions many times, and when I tried to answer them, the policeman sold them to me. I am an innocent person. On the same day, before entering the psychiatrist's office, I could see in anticipation that right next to the psychiatrist's office was the office of my then family doctor, Mr Muszyńska, who recently issued me a rather strange, contradictory medical referral toxicological studies.

CASES BEFORE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND INSTITUTIONS:

For more than 3 years, I have no right to successfully report any crime as a victim directly related to me.

I participate or have also participated in many cases before law enforcement authorities as an injured party. This means that I incur additional costs related to correspondence. The estimated value of these expenses is sometimes even around PLN 200 / month. Recently, it was even more. It is important that I do not receive financial assistance for this purpose from anyone, so I have to spend a small amount of financial assistance received from MOPS to exercise my own rights, including Art. 45 points 1 .; Art. 47 .; Art. 66. points 1; Art. 68 points 1; Art. 39. Polish Constitution. For this reason, it is necessary to maintain this correspondence. In addition, unfortunately, even here, i.e. during the procedures in the case, my cases are handled dismissively by, among others relatively many police officers of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Kalisz, and even Prosecutors of the District Prosecutor's Office in Kalisz, who illegally approve decisions and at the same time reject my applications, cases directly concerning me. Policemen, at my meetings with them at the KMP in Kalisz, in 2018, relatively many times, they behaved strangely, even rudely in my presence. I tried to send many complaints to the right people / places, but they were rejected by the KMP Commander in Kalisz.

All serious cases concerning violation of my rights have been completed so far illegally and probably at the earliest possible stage.

In addition, it has already happened that I discovered that the files of the District Prosecutor's Office in Kalisz, in some of my cases, are replaced, i.e. some pages differ from those that were when the previous time I looked at the case files. It could be outrageous, but it's real. When I reported it to the President / Vice President of the Security Service in Kalisz, I received a reply that I should report it as a crime ...

Unfortunately, at the moment, I have no money or time / strength for it.

For a long time, when I tried to read the files of the PR case, but in SR in Kalisz, it was difficult. It happened that the employees of the reading room made noise, or that the music was played loudly, or even that these two difficulties occurred simultaneously. Reading room employees and employees of the Court, in particular in 2019, carried out provocations in my direction.

It happens that I incur additional costs related to participation in many matters.

In the past, it happened that I accidentally discovered that some files of my cases are mixed up, i.e., in 1 file there are several of my notifications and cases regarding various people, events, deed, object, time.

It also happened that in 1 file of 1 of my cases, there were piles of unnecessary documents, unprofessional letters, which were not directly related to the case.

Recently, the District Court in Kalisz, in several of my cases in which I was injured, upheld illegal provisions that ended the case at the earliest possible stage.

It is illegal because in my cases were just strange, unprofessional letters without any interrogation. The article 174 of Polish Code of Criminal Procedure explicitly prohibits carrying out procedures in this way:

The order, of which part is above, contains information about granting the agent remuneration, which was probably higher than it could have been according to laws / regulations / rates.

I pointed this out, among others, because the attorney / lawyer almost did not take any action in the case, and with his behavior / behavior affected the case probably, at most indifferently, if not harmful.

The above location significantly impedes and even prevents me from taking up any gainful activity enabling proper functioning for a long time, so I do not have any stable source of income and savings.

Most of the current attorneys / legal advisors who were appointed ex officio, acted unprofessionally or even abnormally. Such matters ultimately ended negatively for me, and attorneys / legal advisors influenced those cases adversely / negatively or, at most, indifferently. In cases I was an injured person.

• Professional legal advice points in Kalisz operate almost only fictitiously. I sent letters to the relevant authorities on this matter, but they rejected them, arguing that there is no problem.
  

• In the near future I will have to submit some new crime reports. It can be difficult, because today, my current affairs occupy a huge amount of, among others time, money.

• Approx. In June 2019 I called the emergency number 112 or 997. I presented my own problem and it was agreed that someone would come. Nobody came. Later, in the following days, I called the same number again because I had a reason. The dispatcher did not want to listen to me, he was rude, he said to go to the district and hung up. When I went to the district, P. did not know why I was directed to him.
  

• Since then, I have not called the emergency number and I am not sure to this day that if I had called in any situation / event, anyone would have reacted.

• In 2019, regarding the modified recording, at that moment, alleged MOPS employees who visited me in 2018, which I wrote on the front pages, I also filed a criminal offense, but it was rejected in a way that rejected my all entries, i.e. described in this Statement.
