Innovative Life combines health and wellness with self-improvement. People want to improve and that improvement begins with our health and wellness.  When people take care of their health (nutrition, exercise, positive thinking and proper rest) they open doors to new beginnings and opportunities that they may never knew existed. So many people are lost as to where they are going in life. When a person conquers depression, bad habits, negative thoughts, and other barriers that limit success; that person has climbed to the top of the mountain and sees the other side. People need a place like Innovative Life. Innovative Life is a place where anyone can go to seek natural preventive health care solutions, life-coaching, education, relaxation, and support.

As a non-profit organization, Innovative Life’s Educational Support Groups provide people with various conditional barriers an opportunity to learn, grow, develop ideas, and make good decisions for the future.

Educational Support Groups we provide:

Single Parents Support Group - We want to provide struggling single mothers (or parent) with support through education and resources. During this support group we want to give new mothers (or parent) the chance to share their ideas and experiences and ask questions regarding baby care, post-partum depression, and other issues that new mothers (parents) and knowledgeable mothers (parents) have to endure. We will also share resources for affordable trusted childcare, nutrition information for mom and baby, tips on natural remedies instead of prescription drugs for your child, and positive interaction with your baby (child). We include a lesson and information on baby massage and meditation exercises for moms who feel over stressed.

The point of this support group is to educate and encourage single parents to take better care of their kids and overcome obstacles dealing with finances.

Teenagers for Success Support Group - We want to encourage and educate teenagers on making the right decisions towards a happy successful future. In these times, our teenagers are faced with many negative influences that appear to be a good decision at the time however; they become caught up in a trend that only leads to self destruction. This support group will give teenagers the chance to share their hardships and open up to what they feel their future holds. We want to give them information, resources, and personal testimonies to help promote good decision making for a better future.

The point of this support group is to educate and encourage at risk teens to make a better future through good decision making. In addition we want to keep teens from falling victim to a life of crime.

Couples Support Group - We encourage married and non-married couples attend a support group designed to help couples deal with everyday obstacles whether it be dealing with unemployment, children, financial issues and so forth. We like to promote healthy relationships that can last through the struggles American citizens face today. There is such a high divorce rate and we would like to help prevent broken families, which can result in negative outcomes for the children and both spouses. Most couples go through the same issues and this support group will give people the chance to relate to one another and come up with problem solving solutions.

The point of this support group is to lower the occurrences of broken families and spousal and/or child abuse which increases unemployment, crime, drug use, and psychological disabilities.

Computer Literacy Support Group - We would like to help others achieve their employment goals and some people need assistance with using a computer, internet and Microsoft office programs. We will help others learn the basics in order to create successful documents and navigate the internet.

The point of this support group is to assist people get the skills they need to use the computer and internet.

Elderly and Disabled Support Group - Unfortunately our elders of America and our disabled citizens are often treated unfairly. We want to provide a support group to assist the elderly and disabled with obtaining social security benefits, which they are often denied for. We want to educate those members on their rights and how to oppose those who discriminate against them. We want to help support our elderly and disabled with receiving their ideas and opinions on how the community can better serve them and file the right documents with the city to obtain results.

The point of this support group is to provide relief to the elderly and disabled by trustworthy assistance to make them feel safe in their community.

Ex-Offenders for Success Support Group - Innovative Life encourage those who have had problems with the law stay out of trouble and begin a new positive path towards success. This support group will give men and women who were previously incarcerated the chance to share their struggles and/or success stories and obtain information and resources to become employed, manage money, and stay out of trouble. We want to motivate these men and women to believe in themselves and their possible opportunities.

The point of this support group is to provide ex-offenders with the tools they need to stay out of trouble and become contributors to society.

Nutrition and Weight Loss Support Group - We at Innovative Life know that eating properly and losing weight is a challenge especially with a limited income and no support. Yes you think you have tried everything, which is not true. We want to give people the chance to share their struggles and success with nutrition and weight loss. We believe that positive thinking, good ideas, and support from people who share similar issues can help you on a path to being healthy. We will provide information on affordable healthy food choices, nutritious recipes, and great exercises. We will also help the self-esteem building process through encouragement and meditation exercises.

The point of this support group is obvious. We all know that America has a problem with being overweight. We want to help people get on a path to being healthy so that they can enjoy a long joyful life.

We want to encourage community growth and success by targeting underprivileged people and giving them an opportunity to be contributors to society.

Innovative life is a place where people can come and feel safe where no one will be judged regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or financial status. We want to create an atmosphere where people can enlighten people. Everyone can learn something from one another and people can collaborate, build connections, and make friends with other people who are experiencing or have experienced the same adversities. Along with gathering people to help people heal and grow, Innovative Life brings education and resources for self-care through nutrition, exercise, positive thinking, and proper sleep. Innovative Life’s mission is to assist all people in the community better themselves to create a happier, healthier, safer environment for people to live.
