Innovative Institute of Design

South Africa has a very high unemployment rate, especially amongst the youth. Jobs are scarce so one possible solution is to empower the youth to become entrepreneurs. Innovation and technology are key in this regard. Innovative Institute of Design will be a training organisation that will teach students creative skills that is needed for the new world we live in today.

Creative skills using technology (Computers), will be the foundation. Various courses in Design, Animation and Fine Art will empower the students. The unique selling point of the institute is the inclusion of physically challenged individuals. Such individual's special needs will be catered for and they will be able to study side by side with able bodied individuals.

The funding requested will assist in the startup processes of the Institution. The South African education industry is highly regulated therefore funding is required to meet all the compliance issues. This funding will also help to set up the infrastructure that is needed.
