injured and cant work

I am trying to raise money as  have had lisfranc surgery and am unable to work for 6 months and am in a wheelchair. My partner is trying very hard to keep everything under control but we have bills piling up and then his car blew up the other day. We are stuggling to live and pay bills. If anyone is able to donate anything so we could possibly purchase a car and pay some bills it would be greatly appreciated. I have never had to ask for help and it is very hard having to do so. I thank you for your help.
