I am a indian girl from south africa.. I have a mom who is bed ridden and my dad passed away two weeks ago and I unemployed .. We currently do not have lights and water at home and therefore i am seeking this help to reconnect it.. The amount is R10000, as well i need it to help with groceries and other necessary items..
