I have prepared a business plan to set up a casual dining Indian Restaurant in Luzern, Switzerland. The restaurant will have a a minimum of 60 to 70 seating capacity. Required number of staff will be 7 which includes an Executive Chef and 2 more kitchen staff and 4 service staff and manager will be myself and I will work along with service staff.
The total set up cost is coming up to CHF 80,000 approximately. Any type of contribution will be highly appreciated.
