My name is Sinenceba Mlindazwe, I am BTech in Public Management student from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. I am coming from a very small town called Cofimvaba. back at home There's my father who does not have any form of formal employment but waiting for the few couple of years so he can receive the old age grant, and my grandmother who is the sole provider and the entire family is dependent on grannies social grant. This made it hard for me on my academics and wellbeing as a student, as I don't have any form of financial assistance regarding accommodation, tuition and living allowances and its even hard for me to ask for financial assistance back at home because I know they also have nothing as they are solely relying on grannies social grant and am the only and the first generation who has the privilege to go to varsity. I am the only hope my family have to break the generational circle/curse of poverty.

I graduated for an NDip in Public Management at Nelson Mandela University on the 5th April 2019 and I am yet to graduate again on the 10th December 2019 for BTech in Public Management at Nelson Mandela University. I have applied for Honors in Public Administration and I have a positive hope that my application will be accepted, as the status of my application is on "referred for further selection". The big problem I am facing is that I haven't receive my Diploma certificate as I am owing the NMU institution for my undergrad studies. I am yet to obtain another Certificate (BTech) and so does this certificate I am not going to receive it because I owe about nearly R60 000 for this year. I can't afford to pay the outstanding balance so I can receive my certificate, and there is nothing tangible I can produce that truly shows I indeed graduated in the labour market as my certificate is withheld due to the outstanding balance.

On the 10th December 2019 there will be a graduation ceremony, I am not that concerned if the graduation ceremony but rather my concern is to obtain certificate so can I can be able to put food on the table for my family and break the generational course of poverty.

This campaign will be the life changing experience to me personally, my family and my community at large. As I am the first generation to access the higher institution of learning from my family and that will positively impact the general welbeing of my family and inspire the community at large. This campaign will enable me to have a access to my Diploma ad BTech certificate and make me yto be marketable in the labour market.

The money raised from the campaign will be used to pay mu outstanding fees that are withholding my certificates. If there is a portion of money left, I would utilised the money for the graduation ceremony which will be held on the 10th december 2019.
