Increase readership of debut English Poetry book in Morocco

My aim is to purchase as many copies as possible of my first self-published English poetry book, and distribute and promote it locally.

I am considered to be the first Moroccan to publish poetry in English language.

I am a Bachelor holder in English Literature, and I have recently majored in Masters studies in Applied Foreign Languages, International Relations and Anthropology, to which I was sent as an exchange student for my final term project in Czech Republic.

Last August, I have self-published on Amazon and Lulu (both Paperbacks versions and Ebooks) my first poetry book entitled 'Then The Dawn Returns'.

I have decided to self publish the book given the fact that there are next to no literary house in Morocco that showed interest in publishing poetry in the English language. Since its publication, many newspapers have covered interviews and blurbs about my book, and I have been told numerous times that if it were written in Arabic or French (the official foreign language in Morocco), I could have had better chances at publishing it and promoting it even more.

Many family members and friends purchased their copies, both in Morocco and abroad, however, looking at it now in retrospection I could say that the sells are extremely minimal. Also, I discovered that there's a large amount of people (that I know, that people I know, know or complete strangers) who are interested, even eager to read poetry in English language; especially from somebody who is still young and aspiring like me.

About a month ago I ran a trial to see who is really interested to read the book, I posted my picture and that of the book on a literary group called 'Lecture', in about 5 hours, the post gained more than 3.1k likes and reactions, all of which are Moroccans who were asking how to get the book and read it.

Most Moroccans don't officially hold an internet bank account, and so it is impossible for the majority to purchase the book directly from Amazon or Lulu.

My purpose here is to raise funds and use the donations to purchase as many copies as possible and start sharing the book with the avid poetry readers, who can understand and appreciate the beauty of English language and support me in my literary journey.
