INCLUSIVE SWEDEN

Sweden, both multi-cultural and inclusive country. Here is the vision!

As exemples, Malmö city counts today 179 nationalities living together. Although highly criticized at home, the swedish integration politic stand the first place among european countries. We can set the exemple worlwide as a multi-cultural and inclusive country and embrace the opportunities linked to that!

Every drops count. The project aim to walk beyond statistics, and implement two free of charge initiatives to raise awareness among individuals, businesses, and help driving an inclusive and multi-cultural country:

1- sessions for cultural awareness as a competence to groups of individuals newly arrived in Sweden, but also already in Sweden, both with and without a swedish background. How to improve our communication and interactions? All are concerned.

2- Diversity management: sensibilizing, raising awareness for businesses on the benefits for both their business and the society to implement cultural diversity initiatives, in term of turn over, social climate, human right compliance, community health and growth etc...

The project is aimed to be run during 3 months starting november 1st 2015. This campain will complement material and full time assignment costs. Campain will either be extended after the 3 months or run as a consulting service, based on the result of the initiatives.
