In need of your help – please help me soften my path into the business world

My Global Friends,

My name is Silviu, founder of an IT Consultancy Agency.

Years ago I sensed that here, in Romania, if you want stability - you need to have your own business, so I started to learn and follow my dream in IT, even though I graduated from a law-university.
Path was and is, of course, with lots of ups and downs when you change domains, so nothing was truly easy.

In any case, with perseverance, results came this year when I launched my first course on the Udemy.com platform. Please have a look below and notice the dedication I've put into it:
Okta - From Zero to Hero

Later this year, I decided that... this might be it! as feedback has been great and I can keep this going and help others as well through my work and in the same time fulfill my dream, but there are some obstacles...

I am so in need of:
1. IT software licenses for better programs than what I use (which will greatly decrease the editing time and increase the overall quality of the videos produced);

2. A performant web-cam to use along (which I have none at this moment);

3. A better microphone which will remove much of the background noise that can be heard during some lessons of the course;

4. A better laptop for processing all the motion vectors (as I tend to use lots of animations which take hours of editing) and not only that, but support all the software I will use in the future when I plan to launch courses on programming background. Also, here I'm in need of a laptop capable of sustaining at least two servers in Virtual Machines, while also recording them with a third-party app and fully functioning while teaching all the actions that are to happen.

I really appreciate every support from all of you now and will assure you to give my best!
