In need of new eyes…

Hello, my name is Dawn and I'm 46 years young.  I have worn glasses since I was a baby.  Over the past 2 years my eyesight has worsened.  I need toric lens replacement surgery, lasik won't work for me because my sight is to bad.  I currently am extremely far sighted.  I wear a +11.50 in my right eye and a +10.50 in my left eye. I also have to wear glasses on top of my contacts.  If I wear just prescription glasses it still isn’t enough to do my job. Everything in my sight is dim, is cloudy, and has shadows. I am unable to drive at night so I feel a bit confined to my home after dark and find it hard to enjoy life.  I work full time and I do have insurance, however since I don't have cataracts my insurance will not cover the surgery regardless of the doctor saying it is necessary for not only my vision but quality of life.  This same doctor said he would do the surgery for $6000.00 but I don't have the money.  It would be appreciated if any of you could help.  Thank you in advance.
