In Need Of Major Shoulder Surgery!!

I am in need of major shoulder surgery my shoulder is very messed up I have ligament damage and nerve damage and major rotator cuff tear and other damage. I am in need of this surgery so I can at some point be able to get back to work for my family I am not able to work because of the type of work I do my shoulder and arm is not able to be used at all that is how bad the damage is and my doctor has me off work until the surgery is done and then some therapy after the surgery. I need this surgery done but unfortunately our insurance will only cover a small portion of what the surgery is going to cost my wife works but what she makes at her job is just enough to keep our bills paid and some food on the table for our family size of 7. So with me not being able to work right now because of this its made our money very tight and we don't have the savings/funds to cover the amount that our insurance will not pay for. So if there is anyone that has a heart and is willing to help a family out so there dad can get this surgery done so he can get on the road to recovery and back to work for his family our family of 7 would be so grateful. If there is anyone that would be willing to help any donations of any amount will be very helpful and we would be very thankful for and GOD BLESS ANYONE THAT CAN HELP.
