In need of help to repair house

Hi, this was my last option to seek help for our house. Since my dad died back in 2005, me and my mom up to now are still paying off some debts. I am the only one working and my salary can barely keep up with our expenses and the debts to pay. This is our house, it's a 40 year old home or even more. However I am unable to have the funds to repair.

The roof of our house has so many leakage, that I think even the beams might be rotten also and needs to be replaced. With the recent typhoon it has gotten a lot worse. There are leaks everywhere and the ceiling wood is in bad shape. Some parts of our house also need repairs, we have no sink in the bathroom, electrical wires needs repairs. Also the roof at our garage is about to break down. The house also needs to be painted badly.

I am trying my best with my current work, but I am already so lost on how to have our house repaired, bills, debt to pay...and trying to survive with the recent pandemic.

The money that I will earn here, will be used for house repair. I just want my mom to be happy and not stressed out with the house. If there will be some left I will use it to pay our debts.

I am mainly seeking help for our house to be repaired, and mostly its for my mom. She loves this house as it was the only thing my dad left us.

To all those with kind hearts, please help me fix our house. I have no one else to call for help. Our relatives are far from us, and mostly are all struggling. I will be forever grateful and will all pray for your happiness.
