In Need Of Help For A Bed Ridden Mum & Water and Electricity

Hi everyone, I am an Indian female based in south Africa, I have lived a struggling life growing up however things had gotten better when I had a job.. I was able to help my then working also dad to run our household.. However during the course of last year November 2019 my dad became ill and passed on due to organ failer, my mum who is now 67 years old has been suffering with a long time illness that has caused her to be bed ridden for many years, since dad has passed we where unable to pay the water and electricity account at home and therfore we now have been cut off completely..

I also am out of a job and have no extended means to pay the account owing so that they could reconnect our electricity and water supply.

My mum does collect a monthly grant that we manage for other household expenses such as groceries and toiletries, so hence the main expense is our water and electricity that we've been struggling with since dad's passing, once that is back on track I will be able to search for a job and use that income to keep our home stable and steady.

I would appreciate the form of help I could receive here, as this is the first step in the new year that could help me and my mum get our home and debt back in order..
