In need of Financial Assistance

I am in desperate need of financial assistance. I have been on medical leave since 2012. My employer changed the health group insurance without telling me and I was not able to collect disability benefits from either company. My husband left me for someone else and the divorce court decided to give me spousal support payments for 2 years which ended in October. I am in credit card debt, with several health problems diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, constant urinary tract infections due to my diabetes ,fibromyalgia, depression and anxiety disorder which has prevented me from going back to the work force. My employer was still paying my health insurance and have decided to terminate this on the 31st of this month. They also refuse to reinstate me despite my financial situation caused by their negligence. I now have to pay my medicines from my own pocket and as I stated I have no money.
