In Music, We are One: OPM Rock Mob 1000 – A Musika Laguna Event

This fundraiser is being organized by Musika Laguna with the sole purpose of raising funds to support its single-day music event entitled "OPM Rock Mob 1000" that will be held on March 28, 2020 in Binan, Laguna, Philippines.

The initiative that we, Musika Laguna are aiming to drive through is to rekindle Filipinos' love for Original Pinoy Music as well as to promote unity among Filipino Indie Bands by bringing together talented musicians not only from Laguna but from all regions across the Philippines to melodiously perform classic OPM classic songs namely Noypi - Bamboo; Sabi Nila - Agaw Agimat; Mangarap Ka - After Image; Kapayapaan - Tropical Depression; Magasin - Eraserheads; Iisang Bangka - The Dawn. (Note: Date, venue and line-up are subject to change.)

Organizing music events such as this one has always been a challenge for young non-profit organizations like us and your financial support will be of great help to our team in order for us to successfully execute this project. All proceeds will be used to cover all logistics related costs as well as flight costs of an artist we are trying to fly out from US to the Philippines to host and speak about OPM and to raise awareness to Filipinos particularly the millennials on how we can prevent OPM from getting forgotten.

We are a non-profit Music Event Organizer focusing primarily on execution of public gatherings for Filipino Indie talented bands and artists across Laguna. Bound by founders' love and passion for music, Musika Laguna was created in May 2017 in hopes of bringing together gifted bands and artists and showcasing their talents through each music event we organize.
