When you I see Mom, I see love. Like every mom, she was selfless and was ready to give up anything for us (except for chicken drumstick, she always got this part of the chicken). Her friends saw her as the best Laing ( dish made with taro leaves cooked in coconut milk) and Sinantol cook there is She found joy in sharing her special dishes.
Many of you know Mom joined our creator today (September 19th). She survived a 30 minute cardiac arrest but led to a major brain damage, pnuemonia and other heart complications. After 2 weeks in the ICU, it was time for mom to rest. It was the hardest goodbye we had to make. It was a goodbye, we would not want anyone to make.
Two weeks in the ICU had skyrocketed our medical bills and we had exhausted our personal resources to be able to sustain her daily medications. We are knocking in your good hearts, for your help in this very difficult time in our lives.
If your heart feels compelled to help, we will be forever grateful.
