Ashley Kuzma was a 2005 graduate from Freedom Area High School. She passed away from recurrent laryngeal cancer but instead of calling it a "fight" or a "battle" she told me it was "just something she had." Ash valued life as whole. People, experiences and places are what matter and she wants us to live our lives fully. Because she was able to stay at the Hope Lodge, it's important to keep alive her memory by ensuring others are able to continue to stay there.
