Memorial Fund for Pat Smith

It is with a heavy heart and tearful eyes that we inform you of the unexpected passing of Pat Smith. The world lost an incredible man and far too soon.
We are setting up this fund to help his family at this difficult time. As well as having to deal with the emotional loss, they face an extreme financial burden as well. On behalf of his wife, Dawn and his daughter Charlie, we thank you in advance for your generosity, compassion and prayers.

Pat passionately spent tireless hours studying and researching health issues in his love of helping others battling Lyme disease and other illnesses. He then spent over a decade sharing his knowledge with everyone from social media groups to private forums, never turning away someone in need of guidance. He will forever be remembered for the countless people he helped, along with his expertise in calculating Rife frequencies to a perfect match.

He brought much health, joy and love to all he knew. There will be a noticeable void with his absence.

Rest easy, Pat. We love you and miss you forever.
