In Desperate Need

My story is long but here goes.  Last year May My finace and I were planning to get married we were happy I was Successful then one day I went to an appointment to my Dr and they discovered abnormal cells in my cervex and I had to under go a biopsy a month after that we received a Salary cut from 10% to 6% our lifestyle could not cope with that. I persevered with my job even harder now to make ends meet but the stress of doing this in a company that was in such a financial state was impossible jobs were late, stock could not be bought it was a nightmare.  Then little did I know I was pregnant I started getting very ill and I couldn't not handle the pressure of my job anymore I pushed it out to November and had to resign as my stress was making me very sick and it was affecting the baby.  So I decided to set up a small office and freelance for various companies but I had to start at the bottom.   Then in January thinking everything was fine I landed up with acute nephritis in my Kidneys causing me to be hospitalised for a week.  I lost a month trying of trying to get myself up and running.   At that point we downscaled our living standards and moved to a smaller and cheaper place.  My finace is working to keep the roof over our heads now and I am scratching and scraping to keep my medical aid up to date besides trying to get my business up and moving im tried every online business in the book but most you need to buy into them and I have to keep all available funds for the medical bills which are now sitting at R25000 in dollars I think that is $3000 I still have alot more bills on the way.   Food is scarce in our house.  I don't have money for petrol I had to take my two other kids out their schools as I can't afford it right now.  I have nothing for the baby which is Due 20 April.  I have been living to pay the medical bills and we have used up all our available options as well.  And on top of all this I have developed pre eclampsia and I am hoping this baby waits till the 20 April.  That is my story we are desperate for financial assistance to help us get through this nightmare.
