Due to a challenge of unemployment and COVID-19 as a graduate who seek for job i choose to invest self employed activities in agricultural sector through maize and sun flower farming at liangweni village in songea region. As a startup i face many challenges such as small scale, low tools and lack of fertilizer which lead to low production. In ordered to combat this problems i need support of financial so that i can farm in a large scale such as five to ten hectares, buy a beter tools for farming also buy hybrid seed which is approximately Tshs 60,000 ($25.88) for 5 bags per hectare and enough fertilizer to afford all hectors which is also expensive for me in our area aproxmatelly Tshs 131,000 ($56.60) up to Tshs148,000($63.84) for 3 bags of fertilizers for one hectare of maize. And For sun flower hybrid seeds available for Tshs 35,000 ( $15.10) and fertilizer for Tshs 45,000 ($19.41) for one hectare. Also i want to increase man power by encouraging my other fellow youth to join so that we can have proper managment which can help all of us and our families to change lives having food security and achieve our dreams in one way or onother through investing in agricultural
