Improving the health of highly vulnerable children and adults living with HIV/AIDS access better health, education,stability. Increased opportuinities for those affected by this decease in viral suppression applying casemanagent in ensuring that we deal with households case by case rather than blanket approach. Increase nutritional support to ensure that the children living with HIV/AIDS are able to live a healthy life and are not affected with Opportunistic diseases. Strengthen households capacity to acquire 3 meals in a day and improve their socioeconomic lives. Advocate for more people to get tested through outreaches and campaigns and empowering local structures.
