Impowering Minds !

Depression is indeed a growing problem which many of us face, some of us more than the rest. I was very much depressed and even diagnosed as having severe depression/anger management issues. I saw how life was really going downhill, my relationship with my friends and family most importantly was drastically affected. I realised I had to take back control of my mind and so I buried myself in self-help books. Applying teachings such as Mindfullness and meditation to my daily life. I wanted to be the happy jovial and fun personality which I have lost for years. By reading many of such books and watching hundreds of talks/videos, going to Mindfullness classes I saw the actual power of the human mind. I saw how life was indeed improving and changing for the better. My simple wish now in life is for others to also lead a better life, through my first hand experience I feel I am able to share important informantion to the world on how I was actually able to get myself up and fighting once more. I sincerely want others as well to take control of their minds and live a much more positive lifestyle. I have been developing an online blog, Facebook page as well as YouTube. The Blog and YouTube are still under development. The Facebook page can be seen at Facebook.com/theawakeningmindset , website will be theawakeningmindset.com . Monies raised will be used fully to generate creative content, to grow this self help movement to the online world. Through future posts, articles, and videos I truly believe like how my life turned around and change. Others will as well. The Facebook content profile picture logo and slogan are all being finalised. These added funds would help to further propel TheAwakeningMindset to greater heights by proving genuine quality content God bless
