Importance of mail behind bars

Soul Sisters Unlocking Cell Doors is a large group of people from all over the world, based in Arizona,who care for the ones stuck behind bars in America. They are often lonely and forgotten by family and friends. It is very hard to find justice in America, so we try to help them legally too. Medical negligence is usual, so we fight for their medical rights as well. Our members donate money, but the stack of outgoing mail is huge (1000 monthly) and of course we need money to keep our work going. In return, our friends behind bars send us amazing art, beautiful poems and essays. We post pen pal ads too for them. Every donation will be used very well. Together we stand strong and everything we do for the ones who can't help themselves, will make this place a little bit better.
