Immigration Attorney For Lech Stankiewicz

My Husband Lech Stankiewicz (polak) is currently incarcerated at Du Page County Jail,In Wheaton,Illinois.

He has three sixteen year old warrants out of the Chicago area. His Court Date is for the first of December 2017. After His release he is already lined up for a custody hold with ICE (Immigration and customs enforcement). We are in Dire need of an Immigration Lawyer. I have shelled out the last of what i have left, I am on my last leg here. He left The United States in 2012 to return to Poland to see his mother. His mother fell ill and he stayed behind 5 years in Poland looking after her before returning to the United States. That is considered abandoning your permanent residency. Due to the fact he was a permanent resident for 20 plus years before hand and the fact that we are a legally married couple gives us the opportunity to obtain his citizenship. Unfortunately due to his charges there are set backs and we need hired help to get the results that we need to continue living our lives here at home in the USA.
