medical support and assistance for a dialysis patient that needs immediate transplant

I am Rhoan Anglo, 33 from Cavite and has been undergo to a hemo dialysis two-three times a week. 3 years ago, its a disease that brought me in a very life changing situation. I was diagnosed to a Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5 (end stage) due to hypertension. July 27, 2016 when I visited a doctor to ask for a medical certificate due to a 2 days absent from work. When the doctor done his checkups and laboratory procedure he don't allowed me to go home and instructed me that he will check more of my vitals and I need to stay to the hospital and be confined. As it is, I follow the doctor without any question and stay to the hospital. In this 2 days of confinement, I undergo in all laboratory procedure only to find out that I have a very high creatinine (toxins in the blood) that will bring me to a dialysis session.

From that day onwards, I am now continuing dialysis sessions. I need to be brave for this kind of illness but its trully a life changing. Yes, I still working as an admin staff of a manpower service provider and thanks God to kind of boss I have. After work, I go to my dialysis center to undergo 4hours of session. I have only one 3year old daughter and her name is nicka. SHe is a very talented and living child thats why I want to persue my kidney transplant. I dont want to die not because im too young for this but for my little and loving angel.

I want to seek any help. Please help me to fund my kidney transplant operation. I am also selling "shirts for a cause" to help me fund my medical supplies and assists me in some of myedical needs.

As of now, I need a living donor and fund for the operation.This costs too much and we cannot afford it by ourself only. Government will help but still we cannot provide the needs and financial expense that will occur during recuperation and healing.

I am knocking to anybody/anyone's heart that will read this, please help me to my medications. Any assistance will do and much be appreciated. Thank you so much to you and continue to be a blessing to others.
