IMD TO VEGAS 2014

Help get IMD Legion to Vegas 2014

IMD Legion is a Dance crew from London; we have 23 members all aged between 9 and 18 years.

We have been formed for just over 3 years, in this short time we have achieved
unbelievable goals such as Got to dance finalist, jump off finalist, UDO under
18 world champions and much more...

Omar & Warren our founders / choreographers devote their lives to our crew.
We don’t actually think they sleep or at least not without dreaming of IMD's next
mission!
They push us to achieve crew & personal goals we would never of dared believe
possible...

Our crew members are all from very different backgrounds, some more privileged
then others. Being formed in East London and consisting mainly of children from
this area we often face problems with funding, we have found this can often hold
us back.

On April 5th 2014 we competed at The Hip Hop Idance UK competition. Our selected crew of 8 competing in the Varsity division took a much-earned 3rd place title.
Our mega crew consisted of 21 and considering we were competing against adult Mega crews we were awarded with a very respectable 2nd place title.
Varsity and Mega crew both amazed the crowd with their complex routines and high energy levels. The audience’s applause was proof of this!

Now this is where we need your help...

Both IMD crews finished in top 3 positions, which earned them a place to compete in the world Hip Hop Idance finals taking place in Las Vegas this year!

IMD Legion want to go to Las Vegas and represent the UK and show the USA what can be achieved when you fight for your dreams...

August is fast approaching and raising enough money to allow us all to go is
going to be challenging...

Our Goal/Dream is to get the whole crew to Vegas and compete in both the Mega Crew & varsity division.

As a crew we have decided if we cannot raise enough for us to travel as a whole
we will send our varsity crew to Vegas to represent IMD and the UK.

We are going to eat, sleep, breath fund raising and dance for the next few
months holding onto the hope that we can get the whole crew to Vegas because we simply are stronger as a "Legion".

Any donation no matter how small will be a huge help in getting us there, each
one of us is eternally grateful for the belief you have in us.

We want to go out to Las Vegas and represent the UKs Dance Scene and the UK. Great Britain has always failed to place so we want to change that but we
need your help...
