I’m struggling with Uexpected Fee

In a few words, I'm an atheist in a muslim "Shithole country" and I can't stand my life in my country anymore, i've planned to continue my masters in France/Germany (most affordable Uni in EU) and start a new page in my life in a country were life is worth it.

student visa requires a locked bank account to cover living expenses around 8000€ I've been working hard to save up the money and I could cover that by the summer but an extra tuition fee of 3770€ was added this year for Non-EU students which came as I shock to me as it would make it impossible for me.

I feel ashamed doing crowdfunding but as they say, desperate times call for desperate measures, thank you for anyone contributing, I hope you get help and good karma in your life too.

by the way, I've used Lithuania as my country when signing up because Paypal is banned in Tunisia, I can receive money only with my online bank account in Lithuania.
