I’m sick, please help me

I am currently a student.

And I have no income.

I have been sick for 4 years

I have seen many doctors but have not recovered.

So my parents don't want to treat me anymore.

Because they spent a lot of money on me.

But I want to be healthy.

So I want to go to the doctor again.

My disease is that I am getting thinner day by day, and I have difficulty urinating.
