Im Not Afraid

Women and girls are under siege of their male counterparts as they face, sexual harrasment and physical and emotional abuse daily.As women continue to face mistreatment, and aggression and like a seed watered by the tears of the victims,violence continues to bloom.

My Defense, IM NOT AFRAID is a solution based campaign aimed at providing young girls and women in schools, public and private sector, with necessary education on the basic self defense techniques that will help raise their awareness of environments that could potentially be harmful to them, as well as pratically train them using the techniques, with the overall aim of helping them both avoid, or get out of such situations should they occur.

Our aim is to share said information with as many young women and girls around South Africa starting with secondary school students to greater public and private institutions, with the understanding that we may not be able to change the environment we are in, but that we have better control over how said environment affects us.

Help us equip women with the necessary self-defense techniques so that they can feel safer walking in the streets of South Africa.
