Im going to lose everything!

I own a trucking company (just one truck). I worked for some trucking & logistics companies that didn't pay me. I filed small claims and claims but didn’t get my money. They simply just closed up. Now I have no money for the new carb laws upgrades I need to stay trucking. I owe over $45,000 in fuel bills I have been making minimum payments to get by; I need $35,000 to upgrade my truck for which no will give me a loan to get because my credit. This is my last stop before my truck and trailer go back to the bank and I lose my house too. which i also behind on!! If someone is willing to give me loan for 2 years ill take that too.
