Campaign Story
Hi All,
For those of you that dont know already, on sunday ill be heading off to Ghana; Accra as a volenteer at an orphanage for babies from 6months - children of 6 years for 2 weeks! - this is something ive always wanted to do and having worked for a year ive finally been able to save enough money to make it happen!
Here's a quick summary of some of the things ill be doing out there
- Engage babies in playing activities
- Support in the preparation of food for the older babies
- Send babies to the care centre
- Feed the babies using feeding bottles and spoons (for the older ones)
- Striping of cot and relaying them
- supporting in bathing the children
- Supporting the pre-school in teaching at least once a week
- Sending the sick ones to the Hospital
- Supporting the kitchen staff to prepare meals
Im hoping to raise £200 all of which will be used to buy stationary, books and toys for the kids whilst im out there! It would amazingl if you could support the cause by donating anything from £1 to contribute towards the cause & to help me get to that £200 target!!

Hi! Good luck on your trip to Ghana! I have also developed a heart for helping in Ghana, and am partnering with a local pastor to help develop/improve a school in Suhum, Ghana. So, when I saw your campaign, I just had to donate a little something. I'll be starting a campaign as well, to raise money to pay for a well for the school.
